Payment queries

When will I receive my money?

You will only be able to withdraw monies once all 26 offers have been completed in full and validated by the retailers. Once all 26 offers have been validated choose your payout option and you will be included in the next payment run.

When is the next payment run?

We action our payment runs at the start of each month, it can take a few days for the monies to enter your account. We cannot arrange ad-hoc payment. If you miss the current payment run you will have to wait until the next month. Please check your emails regularly.

I've completed all 26 offers but it won't let me withdraw my money?

It is not enough to click on each offer, you must follow the instructions in full for each offer. It can take up to 120 days for offers to be validated by the retailers although it is often much quicker than this. We cannot raise a query until after 120 days has passed. I have completed a few offers, why can't I withdraw money?

How do I claim my money?

Once all 26 offers have been completed in full and validated by the retailers a button will appear to allow you to claim your money. Please make sure that you click on this and complete the details as to how you would like to receive your money. You will then be included in the next payment run.

Where do I put in my payment details?

Payment details will not be requested until all 26 offers have been completed in full and validated by the retailers. Once your Paid Offers account is complete you will be able to input your payment details.

Pending offer queries

Why hasn't my offer validated immediately?

Once you have completed an offer in full by following the instructions given it then has to be validated by the retailer. It can take up to 120 days for an offer to be validated, we have no control over this.

It's been more than 120 days and my offer still hasn't validated?

If you took out a free trial your 120 days validation period will not start until the end of the free trial. Did you complete the offer in full? If not please use the form below to ask for your offer to be reset.

It's been over 180 days since I clicked on my offer and it is still pending?

We cannot raise a query over 180 days since clicking on the offer as the retailers will not check back that far, these offers will not be validated. Please use the form below to ask for the offer to be reset.

Why is my offer still pending?

Offers will only validate once they have been completed in full as per the instructions provided and validated by the retailer involved. It can take up to 120 days for offers to be validated by the retailer although it is often much quicker than that. We can only raise a query with the retailer after 120 days of you selecting an offer. Any queries raised after 180 days will not be validated as the retailers cannot check back that far, these queries will need to be reset. We can only raise queries on fully completed offers, if your offer has not been completed in full please fill in the form below with the offer number asking for it to be reset so you can choose an alternative.

I didn’t complete my offer in full now I can’t go back to it?

Once you have clicked on an offer you cannot go back to any previous offer. If you have not completed the offer in full as per all of the instructions on the offer, then it will not validate. Please fill in the form below detailing the offer number and we will reset it for you so you can complete an offer in full.

How long does it take for offers to be validated?

How do I complete an offer?

When you choose an offer you will see a list of the steps that you need to complete in order for that particular offer to be completed. You must follow all of these steps or the offer will not complete. For example, if your offer was to join Ladbrokes Casino. You will need to deposit £20, for which they would then credit your account with another £20, giving you a total of £40 in your account. You will then need to play through the full £40, giving a balance of £0.00 on your Ladbrokes Casino account. Once this has been done then your offer would be considered complete and ready to be sent for validation with the retailer.

Please allow 24 hours to retry the link, do not click on the next offer until your current offer has been completed.

Can I just click on the offers?

No, clicking on the offers is not enough, you must follow all instructions provided to ensure that the offer is completed in full and can be validated by the retailer.

There are no more offers for me to choose?

New offers are added to the system regularly, please check back for new offers.

How do I stop receive emails from retailers?

You will need to contact the retailers directly to ask them to remove you from their mailing lists, we do not have their details.

How do I stop receiving emails from Paid Offers?

I have not received my validation email for my Paid Offers account membership?

If you have not yet received your validation email from Paid Offers, so that you may start completing your offers, please check your spam folder. If the email has still not been received please fill in the form below and one of the team will be happy to help.

Try using the format googlemail instead of Gmail in your email address, for example adamx@gmail.com would become adamx@googlemail.com

I want to delete my account

We do not offer a telephone customer service, if you cannot find the answer to your query in the FAQ page please use the form below where one of our UK based team will be glad to get back to you. We aim to answer all queries in 3 working days however during busy times this may be extended.

As long as you are over 18 and a resident of the UK you can join Paid Offers.
